Another Sunday Replay for ya! We kept it fun and informal as there were just a few of us practicing on this hot, soupy day. Sound quality is good throughout, but video loses sharpness at the 25:40 mark because the camera ran out of memory so I spliced in the Zoom recording. Hopefully you won’t even notice–you’ll be too busy winding down, relaxing on your mat.
begins with a standing warm up of bouncy moving chair followed by dynamic “over-the-fence” stretches
short intro to the standing sequence postures/transitions
a bit of time to familiarize yourself with the parts and find your preferred options before stringing them all together
slow flow through the standing sequence once on each side: chair, options for standing balance, hands down lunge, warrior 2, channel your inner superhero in skandasana, wide-legged forward fold (possibly opting for the novel down dog hybrid version)
lie down on your mat to stretch, cool down and relax with time to put your legs up in the air and play around in a mild, reclined inversion
