Exploring novel, sometimes awkward ways of moving is so good for you.
It fires up communication between your gray matter and muscle matter to increase body awareness and mental focus.
This playful 45 minute practice of block games (with a dash of more typical yoga thrown in) will get you moving in nifty, new ways. There’s a focus on core work, mobilizing joints, balance, and challenging your sense of where your body parts are in relation to one another (proprioception).
